Georgian Terrace House –  Project managed Restoration

Seventy percent restoration and thirty percent refurbishment this project covered every inch of this Georgian terrace house. The key was to restore as many of the original features and then to add new areas and concepts that were in keeping with the period but gave the customer all the benefits of modern living.

Complete restoration of all the Georgian sash windows, inside and out.  Stripping back and treating with bees wax a four floor staircase. Sanding, staining and waxing all the existing floorboard throughout the house.  New bathrooms and kitchen utilising natural stone, re claimed timber features and modern appliances.


Barrington Hall – Outstanding wedding and corporate venue

Complete refurbishment and restoration of this sizable county home we where part of a large team of tradesmen working under a single contractor to deliver this project within set timescales.

The Paint Trust was responsible for all the decorating – restoring the original aspect such as windows, doors, architrave, chair rails, skirting, plaster work and picture rail. The Hall is to used for weddings and corporate events as well as a private residence so attention to detail was of the utmost importance.


Town House – Kitchen make over

Utilising the existing kitchen, all the doors, draws and panels were hand paint in the clients chosen colour.  Next all the door and draw furniture were changed and a new granite work top put in place over the existing surface.

A new sink unit and integrated appliances where installed to  complete the  transformation. This was all done to a tight budget and with minimal disruption.
